1. Description of Service

BusiPilot is a software-as-a-service platform that helps service businesses manage contacts, communications, estimates, invoices, tasks, reminders, and other operational workflows, including AI-assisted tools. Features may change over time as we improve the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use BusiPilot. If you use BusiPilot on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of your account and workspace information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All content, communications, and actions taken through your account
• Complying with applicable laws, including privacy, anti-spam, and consumer protection laws
• Reviewing and approving AI-generated outputs before use or delivery

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

BusiPilot may provide AI-assisted drafts, suggestions, summaries, and automations. AI outputs are provided for convenience only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before using or sending them.

5. Data Usage and Permission to Process Data

You grant BusiPilot permission to host, process, transmit, and store data you provide (including account data, contact records, message content, and operational metadata) as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges for the selected billing period unless cancelled. Pricing, included features, and usage limits are described in the product at the time of purchase and may be updated prospectively.

7. Cancellation and Billing Behavior

You can cancel a paid subscription through your billing settings or the applicable billing portal. Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If payment fails, we may suspend paid features until billing is resolved.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use BusiPilot to:

• Send spam, harassment, or deceptive communications
• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disruption
• Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content

9. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

BusiPilot offers subscription-based plans billed on a recurring basis.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize BusiPilot (through our payment provider, Polar) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods unless required by law.

We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances.

10. Third-Party Services and Providers

BusiPilot relies on third-party providers for core functionality such as hosting, authentication, payments, messaging, and AI processing. Your use of certain features may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to BusiPilot if you materially violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

BusiPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusiPilot and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of BusiPilot after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
